The Time-Out Programme (TOP)

The TOP manages pupils who are disruptive in the classroom. Teachers are trained to question pupils who disrupt the teaching and learning during curriculum. Pupils will be referred to the Responsible Reflection Room (R3 ) and reflect upon their actions. This is based on the Responsible Thinking Process (RTP). The TOP aims to protect teaching time and enhance the quality learning of all pupils.
