Can I fetch my son before dismissal time?
Yes, your child may be picked up earlier, but please ensure that the pick-up is before 1.00 p.m., as the school gates will be locked at 1.00 p.m. in preparation for dismissal. Kindly inform the teacher in advance and remind your child to wait at the General Office at the arranged pick-up time.

I would like to admit my son in your school. How do I apply for admission?
Please complete the Waitlist Form. Link can also be found in school website under “St Stephen’s School -> Admission”. The school will contact parents if there are any suitable vacancies.
How do I check if there is CCA/ Remedial today?
The generic CCA schedule can be found at the school website The generic CCA schedule can be found at the school website . If you require more specific/updated details of the CCA schedule, please refer to the CCA schedule sent via Parent Gateway (PG) or you can check with the CCA teacher i/c of your child’s CCA .
How do I apply for Financial Assistance?
You may apply for Financial Assistance online at MOE Financial Assistance Scheme. Hardcopy forms are also available upon request from the General Office.
How do I collect my textbooks and attire?
The school will inform parents on the collection details via e-mail or hardcopy letter when your MOE FAS is approved.
How is the money for the School Meals disbursed?
School meals are disbursed via your child's Smart Buddy watch or School Smart Card at the rate of $3.20 daily.
For recipients of Straits Times Pocket Money Fund (STPMF), when will be the funds be disbursed?
By the 1st week of the month e.g. for January the STPMF will be disbursed by the 1st of February.

What is the LOA rate for the school?
LOA rate for the school is $120 per year.
Will the school be organising any Open House?

What are the different phases of the P1 Registration Exercise?
P1 registration is conducted over several phases. Phases 1 to 2C Supplementary apply to children who are Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR).
International students (IS) must register through a 2-step process prior to registration in Phase 3.

How do i make group insurance claims? What supporting documents need to be submitted?
Accident insurance claim can be made online at Income Student Group Insurance . Please prepare softcopies of supporting documents e.g. receipts, medical reports, discharge summary when making claims
What is the claim limits for outpatient and hospitalization bills?
The claim limits is up to $13,000 (Out-patient expenses - $ 2,150 and In-patient expenses - $ 10,850) for medical expenses incurred up to 365 days from date of accident.

Why are there two types of bills: MOE bill and school bill?
There are two types of bills because they cover different categories of charges. The MOE bill includes school fees and standard miscellaneous fees set by MOE, while the school bill covers school-based charges such as programmes, activities, learning materials, transport services, and other approved school-related expenses.

What is the frequency of the school bill?
School bill will be issued every Semester for pupil co-payment for enrichment programmes and CCA. Ad-hoc school bills will be issued for co-payment of unscheduled programmes/activities if necessary.
You will be receiving an email from the school with details regarding your child’s school bill payment.
How do I pay school & miscellaneous fees and school bills?

How do I collect the online orders for school uniforms and nametags?
Online orders will be delivered to your residence. Delivery charges are applicable.
When will my child be issued with the School Smartcard?
The photo-taking sessions for P1 pupils for the School Smartcard will be scheduled for Jan/ Feb. School Smartcard will typically be issued to your P1 child by March.
